What’s behind the name Buried Child?

Buried Child is for the kid inside all of us who felt ignored, silenced, or broken. We turned that pain into something loud — something that fights back. Life gets heavy sometimes, but we’re here to remind you: you're not alone. We’re here to fight with you — for better mental health, for real connection, and for never giving up.

What makes Buried Child different?

We don’t just make clothes — we make armor for the broken. Every piece is crafted with high-quality, ultra-soft fabrics that are made to last. Our designs come from artists who’ve lived through anxiety, depression, and darkness — people who get it. This brand is built by the broken, for the broken — so you never have to hide what you feel.

And we believe: broken isn’t the end — it’s just the beginning of healing.

How long does the shipping take?

All orders within the U.S. are delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Can I get a refund/exchange items?

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@buriedchildclo.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. After we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Customers are responsible for following the provided return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, a refund for the original purchase amount will be processed. Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your refund.

We offer a two-week return window. If you do not contact us within two weeks from the receipt of your order, we are unable to accommodate return requests.

I gave you the wrong shipping adrees. What now?

Buried Child is not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If you provide an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address details are provided directly by you during the order process.

Should a package be returned due to an invalid address and received back at our facility, you must contact us via email about your order. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process a refund, excluding the non-refundable shipping fee ranging from $6 to $8.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order is finalized, it moves quickly into processing and is then forwarded to our warehouse for shipping. Because we aim to deliver your order as fast as possible, we’re unable to make any changes at this point. If you'd like to add more items, please place a new order through the website.

Any special offer for first-time shoppers?

Yes, we do! First-time buyers can get 10% off by subscribing to our email list.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes — we offer sizes up to 3XL because we believe everyone deserves to feel good in their skin and wear what they want, no matter the size.
